A. Our pricing is structured with the value of your production top of mind. For businesses looking to find the cheapest production with a fast turnaround, Kinchlow Media Group may not be the right fit. The Production Triangle is an age-old tool used by creatives in all fields and art forms to present and maintain realistic client expectations. When assessing production fees, it is vital to consider three factors: Time, Quality, and Cost. According to the triangle, you’re only allowed to pick two. While it is a balancing act: You can’t have a high-quality project done quickly and cheaply. You could find someone to do it, but you will always sacrifice quality.

A: Practically speaking, you get what you pay for, which is based on the importance of your end goal. Let’s use purchasing a wedding cake as an example:

The average cost of a basic wedding cake is somewhere around $350. While a basic cake is all you really need, adding lots of design elements will add to the cost.

For example, if you were to add:

Special Filling (Script Writing)
Fondant details (Quick Delivery)
Multiple tiers (Multiple Cameras)
Sugar flowers (Special Graphics)

All of these options increase the overall cost of the cake (Production). However, it provides a more elaborate presentation and details for your specific goal.

Just like a delicious, beautiful cake, we want our clients to have the best product in the end. That is why we work with each client to assess their goals and determine what they need while remaining within their budget.

A. We will begin with a brief consultation. During this consultation, we will ask questions to determine your goals and expectations. From there, we can advise you on how we can move forward with your project based on your budget.
A: We can definitely work with your existing footage. Let’s strategize about your project goals.

The only thing constant is change, and this includes your business. This may require you to edit your production to reflect these changes. When this happens, there is no need to start from scratch. For a nominal fee, we will make the changes and provide you with an updated video.

Each payment that is required is non-refundable and non-creditable. Deposits are non-refundable retainers used to secure the date and production crew for your project.
